Refund Policy for Ezeefiling
We will try our best effort to provide services to you as per requirement and timelines mentioned against each service and product purchased by you from eZeefiling. If, due to any reasons, you decide to cancel the service after payment, we will arrange to a refund which shall be subject on the following situations:
- Refund shall be only considered in case of clear deficiency in services purchase from eZeefiling.
- In case after the purchase of services you changes your mind, in that case no refund will be available.
We would like to clarify that only refunds of the professional fess of the charges paid by you shall be considered for a refund.
eZeefiling has also reserves the right to disconnect the services to the subscriber in case of any reasons, including negative address verification, non-payment, violation of any terms of this agreement, usage of the service for any illegal activity etc.
Once the fee is paid will not be refunded due to any consequent changes or restriction or limitation at user or govt end or any rejection or any technical issues or any fees revised at govt end, however consequent incremental changes in govt. norms/rules or fee, the additional cost so levied by the govt, shall be borne by service receiver only.
If the request for the refund has been approved by eZeefiling, the same shall be processed and intimated to you via email. This refund process could take a minimum of 20 (Twenty) business days to process and shall be credited to your bank account accordingly. We shall handle the refund process with care and ensure that the money spent by you is returned to you at the earliest.
